Pad Thai custom made to order!

You get your choice of classic or vegan Pad Thai sauce. Spice level (1-4). You can substitute, add, or remove any ingredient (or request extra or lite options). Any customizations not available in the product order page can be requested in the order notes at checkout.

Time Slots

30-minute time slots are available for you to preorder food for local pickup on pop-up day at your selected time slot. Time slots are limited to 4 orders of noodles per slot. If you’d like to order more noodles, please select adjacent time slots for both orders (i.e. 2:00-2:30pm + 2:30-3:00pm).

After we book a pop-up day, we will announce the event and let you know when preorders will open on our Instagram. We will also send out the update via newsletter to our current customers/ email list subscribers. Time slots are first come first serve. Be sure to opt-in to our email list and/or create notification alerts on Instagram so you don’t miss out on your chance to secure noods for your preferred time slot!

Preordering

Order Checkout

When you’ve custom crafted your perfect noodle order, and selected your preferred time slot, you can complete the order by remitting payment with credit and debit cards (via Stripe), or Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, or Venmo (via Paypal). Venmo is preferred, as it offers the lowest processing fees, but the choice is yours!

Tips

Freddie’s Noodle Shop believes in moving away from the default expectation of asking for tips created by America’s tipping culture, which is ultimately rooted in racism, sexism, and ableism. We are structuring our operations outside of this norm: tipping is not a part of the ordering process. 

When we do eventually grow to the point of hiring full-time staff, instead of expecting you, the customer, to pay for our employees, we will pay the wage that supports them. We hope you understand. We look forward to sharing more about what this looks like in the future. 

We also understand that some of our customers might want to still give an additional thanks for all the hard work we’ve put in to make you the BEST noodles you’ve ever had.

Cutoff Time

The preorder cutoff time is on the Friday prior to the pop-up event @ 11:59PM. Any changes to orders can be made up until the preorder cutoff time. After preorder cutoff time, all orders are final. For changes or issues please reach out to noodle support

Popup Location and Directions

After cutoff time, when orders are finalized, you will receive an email with the pop-up event address, travel directions, parking instructions, and any other applicable information or suggestions for your order.

My Account

A user account will be created for you if you did not create one via order checkout. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Refunds

Something wrong? Let us make it right!

You are free to change or cancel your order free of charge, and receive a full refund at any time prior to the preorder cutoff time. After preorder cutoff time: all orders are final. Any changes and accommodations can still be requested but are not guaranteed to be honored.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may reach out to provide feedback and request a refund. All refund requests made after preorder cutoff time are subject to consideration on a case by case basis to best accommodate you. Please submit all requests through noodle support

All refunds are made via original payment method and resolve within 7-10 business days.
